1. Rules for Renting Stories Studio


2. Booking and Payment

  • All sessions must be booked in advance.
  • A deposit of 30% of the booking cost is required no later than 24 hours before the scheduled session.
  • Cancellation or rescheduling without penalty is allowed no later than 24 hours before the session.
  • For cancellations less than 24 hours in advance, 50% of the deposit will be refunded. For same-day cancellations, the deposit is nonrefundable.
  • Payment is required before the start of the photoshoot.

3. Punctuality

  • Entry and exit must strictly adhere to the booked time.
  • Any delays, preparation, or cleanup time count towards the total booking time.
  • If you overstay your booking time by more than 10 minutes, a €20 fee will apply; for over 20 minutes, the fee is €35.

4. Use of Equipment

  • Equipment is provided in working condition. Any issues should be reported to a staƯ member
  • Handle equipment carefully. Any damage caused by the renter or participants must be compensated.

5. Cleanliness and Order

  • Keep the studio clean and organized. Return all props and furniture to their original place.

6. Prohibited Actions

  • Smoking and alcohol consumption are prohibited.
  • The use of fireworks and open flames is not allowed.

7. Responsibility and Safety

  • Renters must compensate for any damage caused to property or equipment.
  • The cost of repairs or replacements will be assessed as of the rental date.
  • Paper background damage incurs a fee of €10 per meter.
  • The studio does not guarantee "clean sound" when using recording equipment.
  • The administration is not responsible for lost or stolen personal items.

2. Terms for Conducting Photoshoots


1. Booking and Payment

  • Sessions must be booked with a 20% advance payment.
  • Deposits are non-refundable if canceled less than 24 hours before the session.

2. Punctuality

  • Clients should arrive 10–15 minutes early for preparation.
  • Lateness is deducted from the booked time.

3. Use of Equipment

  • Clients must handle equipment carefully. Any damage caused will require compensation.

4. Maximum Participants

  • Sessions are limited to 5 participants. Additional participants incur extra fees.

5. Responsibility and Safety

  • Children must be supervised by adults.
  • Pet owners are responsible for their animals' behavior and any damages.
  • Smoking, alcohol, and aggressive behavior are prohibited.

6. Privacy and Photo Usage

  • The studio may use photos for marketing purposes only with client consent.

We may collect information such as your name, email address, phone number, and any details you provide in your message. Your data is stored securely and accessed only by authorized personnel. We do not sell your personal data and we do not share it with third parties except when necessary to deliver our services (for example, payment processors, cloud storage providers, or legal requirements).

Your personal data will be retained only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described above or to comply with legal obligations.

Terms & Conditions – March 8 Giveaway


Stories Photo Studio × Floristudio Estepona

These Terms & Conditions govern participation in the giveaway jointly organized by Stories Photo Studio and Floristudio Estepona. By entering this giveaway, each participant agrees to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.


1. Organizers

This giveaway is organized by:

2. Giveaway Period

The giveaway is open from the time the giveaway post is published until 8 March at 12:00 PM (Marbella time).

Entries submitted after this deadline will not be considered.


3. Eligibility

The giveaway is open to individuals who:

  • are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry;
  • are able to attend the prize redemption in person, or arrange for the prize to be gifted to a female recipient;
  • comply with all entry requirements set out in these Terms & Conditions.

The Organizers reserve the right to verify the eligibility of any participant and to disqualify any entrant who does not meet these requirements.


4. How to Enter

To enter the giveaway, participants must complete all of the following steps:

  • follow @stories.marbella and @floristudioestepona on Instagram;
  • repost the giveaway post to their Instagram Stories;
  • tag 2 friends in the comments under the giveaway post.

Participants may submit multiple comments. Each additional comment tagging 2 friends will count as an additional entry, provided that the tagged accounts belong to real individuals and are not fake, duplicate, or spam accounts.

Incomplete, fraudulent, automated, or otherwise invalid entries may be disqualified at the sole discretion of the Organizers.


5. Winner Selection and Announcement

The winner will be selected from all eligible entries and announced on 8 March at 12:00 PM (Marbella time).

Before confirming the prize, the Organizers reserve the right to verify that the selected winner has complied with all participation requirements.

If the selected winner cannot be contacted, does not respond within 48 hours, declines the prize, or is found to be in breach of these Terms & Conditions, the Organizers reserve the right to select an alternative winner.


6. Prize

The winner will receive the following prize:

From Stories Photo Studio:

  • makeup and hairstyling by the Stories Studio makeup artist;
  • a 1-hour photoshoot at Stories Photo Studio;
  • the prize corresponds to the “Silver” package according to the current Stories Photo Studio price list.

From Floristudio Estepona:

  • one floral bouquet arrangement prepared by Floristudio Estepona.

The bouquet arrangement will be created at the sole artistic discretion of Floristudio Estepona. The winner or recipient may provide recommendations or preferences to match the intended look or styling, but the final decision regarding the bouquet composition, flowers, colors, and design shall remain exclusively with Floristudio Estepona.


7. Prize Redemption

The prize will be redeemed at:

Stories Photo Studio

The date and time of the photoshoot and prize handover shall be agreed separately between the winner or recipient and the Organizers, based on mutual availability.

The Organizers will make reasonable efforts to arrange a convenient time for all parties; however, final scheduling shall remain subject to availability.

The prize must be redeemed within 3 months from the date of the winner announcement. If the prize is not redeemed within this period, it shall be deemed forfeited.


8. Prize Transfer

The prize may be gifted by the winner to a female recipient (for example, by a husband, boyfriend, friend, or family member), provided that the Organizers are informed in advance and all scheduling and participation arrangements are confirmed accordingly.

Except as expressly stated above, the prize is non-transferable.


9. Prize Conditions

The prize:

  • is non-refundable;
  • cannot be exchanged for cash;
  • cannot be substituted for other services or products;
  • includes only the items and services expressly stated in these Terms & Conditions.

Any additional services, products, edits, delivery, transportation, or other requests not expressly included in the prize may be subject to additional charges.

If the winner or recipient fails to schedule or attend the agreed appointment without reasonable notice, the Organizers reserve the right to cancel the prize.


10. Content Rights

By accepting the prize and attending the photoshoot, the winner and/or recipient acknowledges and agrees that all photographs, videos, and other content created in connection with the giveaway and the photoshoot may be used by the Organizers for promotional, commercial, editorial, portfolio, advertising, website, and social media purposes.

Stories Photo Studio and Floristudio Estepona shall be the co-rights holders of such content and may use, publish, edit, reproduce, distribute, display, and otherwise exploit the content at their sole discretion and without additional compensation to the winner or recipient.

By accepting the prize, the winner and/or recipient grants all necessary permissions and consents for such use.

11. Publicity

By participating in the giveaway, entrants agree that, if selected as the winner, their name, Instagram handle, and/or related content connected with the prize redemption may be announced or published by the Organizers for giveaway and promotional purposes.


12. Disqualification

The Organizers reserve the right to disqualify any participant who:

  • breaches these Terms & Conditions;
  • provides false or misleading information;
  • uses fake accounts, bots, or any unfair means of participation;
  • behaves in an abusive, offensive, or otherwise inappropriate manner toward the Organizers or other participants.

13. Limitation of Liability

The Organizers shall not be liable for:

  • technical malfunctions or Instagram-related issues;
  • lost, delayed, incomplete, or invalid entries;
  • the inability of the winner or recipient to claim or use the prize;
  • any circumstances beyond the reasonable control of the Organizers, including but not limited to force majeure, illness, emergency, restrictions, or supplier unavailability.

The Organizers reserve the right to amend, postpone, suspend, or cancel the giveaway where necessary due to circumstances beyond their control or for any other legitimate operational reason.


14. Instagram Disclaimer

This giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram.

By participating, entrants fully release Instagram from any responsibility related to this giveaway.


15. Acceptance of Terms

Participation in this giveaway constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
